For much of the work that we have done for our clients, we have performed the role not just as sub-contractor, but as Construction Manager and General Contractor. We have completed hundreds of fast-food locations for our clients on time, under budget, all while allowing the client to keep their location open during the renovation process. For new construction, we have also helped clients find suppliers and fabricators, or in rare cases fabricated needed items ourselves for the new space. We will begin by discussing with you the scope of the project by reviewing plans and discussing your needs and questions. After this initial evaluation, we will sit down and break down the costs of those items, and how we will manage the construction process to best suit your needs.
Over the past 30 years, we have grown from just a father and son business to a company with its own in-house tile, carpentry, design, and administration staff. Our work to date has been heavily focused on franchise restaurant remodels with over 300 projects completed. In addition, we have completed a number of residential new construction and remodel projects.
